Our services are delivered as project-based, time-intensive professional labor. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for work that has been completed or for time already spent on a project as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
Refunds are not provided for completed work or services already rendered. All payments for completed milestones are final and non-refundable.
Refund eligibility depends on the project's stage at the time of cancellation and the specific terms outlined in your project agreement.
Cancellation before work commences (up to 72 hours): If you cancel within 72 hours of paying the initial deposit and before any work has begun, you may receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative and processing fee.
Cancellation after work commences: Once project planning, consulting, design mockups, or development has started, the initial deposit is strictly non-refundable.
Payments made for completed and client-approved project milestones are non-refundable.
If a project is terminated mid-milestone, any unused portion of the advance payment for that specific milestone may be credited toward future services, subject to our discretion, but no monetary refund will be issued.

Once approved, here's how the refund process works:
Client submits refund request with project details
We review the request within 2-3 business days
Refund approved and processed through Razorpay within 7 business days
Amount credited to your account within 5-10 additional business days
Razorpay is our exclusive payment gateway.
Within 7 business days: Upon approval of a refund request, we initiate the refund through the Razorpay platform within 7 business days.
5-10 additional business days: The time taken for the refunded amount to be credited back to your original payment source (credit card, debit card, bank account) depends on Razorpay and your bank.

We work closely with clients throughout the project to ensure satisfaction. If you're not satisfied, we'll make reasonable revisions as outlined in our agreement. Refunds are only available as per the eligibility criteria in this policy.
Project timelines are outlined in your Statement of Work. If delays occur due to our circumstances, we'll work to resolve them promptly. Refunds are not provided for delays unless specified in your agreement.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days through Razorpay. It then takes 5-10 additional business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
This policy applies to all standard service agreements. Any exceptions must be documented in writing and signed by both parties before project commencement.
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this policy.
Any disputes regarding refunds will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
