SimpleGo Digital provides a range of digital services including, but not limited to:
Custom design and build of responsive and functional websites tailored to your business needs and objectives.
Secure setup and integration of payment gateways, including Razorpay, for online sales and transactions.
Strategies and implementation services aimed at improving organic search rankings and online visibility.
Ongoing technical support and strategic advice related to the delivered projects and digital strategy.
All services are provided according to the specifications outlined in individual project proposals or statements of work (SOW).
As a client, you agree to the following obligations:

| Account Security | Maintain the security of your account credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. |
| Accurate Information | Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the onboarding and project execution process. |
Failure to meet these obligations may result in project delays, additional charges, or termination of services as outlined in the project agreement.
Fees for our services are outlined in the specific project proposal or statement of work (SOW). All fees are due in accordance with the payment schedule specified in the SOW.
SimpleGo Digital reserves the right to suspend work or withhold final project delivery until full payment is received. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
All online payments for services provided by SimpleGo Digital are processed securely through Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). By making a payment, you agree to be bound by Razorpay's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
SimpleGo Digital ensures that all necessary regulatory and verification requirements, including UDYAM and GST registration, are met to maintain a compliant payment facility via Razorpay.
All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full payment card details or banking information on our servers.
Our Refund Policy is located on a separate page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Refund Policy for details on cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks related to our services.
Refunds are processed according to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy. Generally, refunds for services already rendered may not be available except in specific circumstances outlined in the policy.
You retain all ownership rights to the text, images, data, and other materials you provide to SimpleGo Digital ("Client Content"). You grant SimpleGo Digital a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the Client Content solely for the purpose of providing the services outlined in the project agreement.
Upon final payment, SimpleGo Digital grants the Client a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable license (or full ownership, as defined in the SOW) to use the final, delivered website code, designs, and content for the intended business purpose.
SimpleGo Digital retains the right to display the completed project in its portfolio and marketing materials. If you prefer that your project not be displayed in our portfolio, you must request this in writing before project commencement, which may affect project pricing.
Some projects may include third-party components (such as stock images, fonts, or plugins) that are subject to their own licensing terms. You are responsible for complying with these third-party licenses.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SimpleGo Digital makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service or the content included therein.
While we strive for excellence in SEO, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic levels. SEO results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SimpleGo Digital disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall SimpleGo Digital be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of West Bengal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Service must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
